Susie and I love cinnamon bark essential oil. The woody, spicy smell is somehow sweet and incredible. Overall, this essential oil has several great uses, but the aroma tops them all.

Cinnamon essential oil is great for cooking, it is a great support for the immune system and helps when dealing with seasonal threats that are in the air. Cinnamon essential oil is a hot oil, and needs to be used with caution, but is well worth it.

When we look at all the new research and investigation that is going on with different products in the hopes of helping people improve feelings of calm and rest, you have probably seen products such as CBD oil and Copaiba. Although the two products are very different, the research is compelling, and we continue to hear about the great results people are having as they continue to reduce the toxic load in their system and look for more natural alternatives. In this Zoom video Susie and Dena talk about Copaiba just after it was released and why it is such an effective cannabinoid.

When it comes to CBD, please do your research. It is often presented as an essential oil, however that is not the case. The CBD paste is extracted from hemp plants, processed industrially, and then remixed into other oils and presented as a natural product in snacks, drinks, and other methods. The risks that are present in CBD products should also be researched. Many CBD products that claim to have not THC have been tested otherwise.

As Susie and I look back on the many years of being involved in various businesses, the one that makes us the happiest is the side gig that eventually became our main source of income. Success in this business was not just about trial and error, it had a lot more to do with being tenacious and having an end goal that we always dreamed of reaching. We're excited to be relaunching our blog and getting back into using our website as a better communication tool for our team and those who are interested in doTERRA and essential oils.
